Festival of the year looks like not being T in the Park or even Wickerman but Doune The Rabbit Hole, which takes place at Duncarron Fort on 24th-26th August.
Now in its second year the festival has had to relocate, closer to Kilsyth in fact, but the line-up reads like a who’s who of Scottish independent music.
So (deep breath) here’s the so far announced artists of particular interest to MPT
Friday – The Phantom Band, Aidan Moffat and Bill Wells, Behold the Old Bear
Saturday – King Creosote, Withered Hand, Wildhouse
Sunday – Human Don’t Be Angry, Kid Canaveral, The Second Hand Marching Band
With both Mitchell Museum and Edinburgh School for the Deaf playing warm-up shows is it a safe bet that they will be announced soon?
