My occasional partner in crime Andy Wood is reviving his Cool Cat Club night in Dundee after a number of years with a 3 band bill at the end of the month.

Taking place on Saturday 30th June from 8 pm at Beat Generator Live! in Dundee, Andy’s delivering a cracking line-up for an evening of garage band thrills.

Headlining will be The High Fevers, with The Fnords from Edinburgh second on the bill. The show will be opened by the Creeping Ivies. Between band sounds will be provided by the Psychotic Reactions DJs whilst the first 50 people through the door will be given a special mix tape.

Sadly Emma Peel isn’t likely to make an appearance but with everything else included you can hardly complain since tickets on the door are a measly £4.

A second Cool Cat Club night is in the pipeline with one particular MPT favourite act lined up. More news shortly.

  1. Andy says:

Four bands now, Playground Tactics have sneaked on the bill with a short set after seeing them in the Balcony at their debut gig earlier this month.
