OK, I’m delighted to be able to annouce that there is going to be another Something Going On/Manic Pop Thrills co-promotion at Dexter’s in Dundee on 30th June.

Headline act will be the wonderful Edinburgh School for the Deaf who are making a swift return to the venue after their spectacular set supporting Vic Godard back in March. The show will be part of their tour in support of the hotly anticipated debut LP ‘New Youth Bible’ out on Bubblegum Records on 13 June – next Monday!

Support comes from very special guests Man Without Machines playing only their second live show (I think).  In the studio MWM appear to be a solo project of Spare Snare’s Adam Lockhart but live are expanded to a four piece.

The show will also give a Dexters debut to Hookers for Jesus. And there may well be another band to get added to the bill yet.

Tickets available from Groucho’s in advance at £4 per head. There will be an online ticket thing too.
