Here’s a Spotify playlist of songs from 2018 albums that I’ve bought since March.

Interestingly I can only attribute two of the purchases (Neko Case and Rolling Blackouts CF) to auditioning the album on Spotify. That’s the same number as the number of records purchased as a consequence of seeing an act live (the Monochrome Set and Haley Heynderickx). I’ve only seen 5 of the 13 featured acts live this year.

The full track listing:

Catlow – Settle Up (from ‘Main of Nowhere’ EP)

Belly – Stars Align (from ‘Dove’)

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever – The Mainland (from ‘Hope Downs’)

The Filthy Tongues – Who Are You? (from ‘Back to Hell’)

Adam Stafford – Museum of Grinding Dicks (from ‘Fire Behind The Curtain’)

The Dream Syndicate – Recurring (Steve’s Dream) – (from ‘How We Found Ourselves … Everywhere!’)

Wussy – Aliens In Our Midst (from ‘What Heaven Is Like’)
